This does make for a sad state of affairs. Our judicial system needs to be fair an impartial. Too many times we see people (a lot of times the rich and powerful) get off with murder while those who can’t afford attorneys get thrown into the slammer.
I’m not just talking about Trump, Hillary or Biden. The same thing is happening to a small town mayor and city administrator where some of the local people got upset, ran for city council, got elected and then want to fire the two people. Sad state of affairs it is.
You’re darn right our Judicial System is working! It can snap into action and Apprehend abusers of the law… as well as amend laws that Protect the innocent .
Example: Remember when The law was amended in late 2014 to require that personal emails be transferred to government servers within 20 days. (conveniently after Clint@n left office and her 30k emails were intentionally scrubbed) Watchdog groups conceded that she may not have violated the text of the law, but they argue she violated the spirit of it. Section 1924 of Title 18 has to do with deletion and retention of classified documents. “Knowingly” removing or housing classified information at an “unauthorized location” is subject to a fine or a year in prison.
No justice system is perfect, but ours is the most fair under the law. Those who say it’s corrupt or fixed or dishonest have their own agenda they are working. The way to insurrection is to convince the people their justice system doesn’t work, and seize the courts.

Prosecutors and Defenders are always biased. That is their job.
The court, jury or judge as chosen by the accused, decides if the charges are bogus or not. That is their job.
Woosy wannabe idiots whine. That is their job.
