All that mess for a glass of milk and a hard-boiled egg?

From experience, trying to find things in a kitchen you are not familiar with can take time. In my case, it was a massive kitchen in a hotel I was night porter in. All I wanted was a sandwich……..

Fred we are looking at the “After” picture …. What did the “Before” picture look like ? Was the mess started before MR. Dear started his cooking ?

Actually, compare the 2 pictures. He HAS cleaned up some! And I’m impressed he’s made his own breakfast!

Now Mrs. Dear has to clean up the mess, lol!

He better not leave that mess for Mrs Dear to clean up

How can you make that much of a mess boiling an egg and pouring a glass of water (or milk)?

It is because they are men and used to their wives doing the cooking

Lack of proper training. My high school had “Home Ec for Boys” and “Shop class for Girls.” I learned the basics of cooking and later took further classes from the Park and Rec department and elsewhere. And more than a few cooking shows and in the last few years even some manga and anime.

It called “entropy”. The universe spontaneously reorganizes itself from an ordered state to disorder.
