The fellow who is head of our reenactment unit is in his late 20s to early 30s. He works full time for the local cable TV company as a photographer. He takes care to arrange his work around time he needs off for our unit as well as for time with his very young daughter and his wife. He works at least full time. He worked like this even before he was married (and later daughter).
My niece in her early 30s works full time and does not play games with her job/work time. She decided that she wanted to see Europe. She obtained a job teaching in London and is living there for a year. On weekends and vacations she gets on the train and visits other countries (went to Dublin with another teacher for St Patricks Day). Her brother (late 20s) works full time and has a band which travels around – scheduled around his work time. My other nephew is also in his 20s – he has some mental disabilities – he works full time also.

Whether or not it’s fair depends on Mr. Rod’s definition of “a full day’s pay.”

That’s the problem now, no one wants to work for their paycheck!

Let him see what his check would look like when he gets paid for the hours he ACTUALLY works.

He is likely a nepotism / family hire and would not be replaced if he left so any work he does is a bonus.
