An empty lot? Leave it alone and a Dollar General will find it.

MallWart won’t come there, Trout; no local economy to destroy in the trailer park.

Cities have been passing ordinances allowing for community gardens to be built on vacant lots with the permission of the owner.

Unfortunately, many “Ma and Pa” trailer parks have been bought up by private equity firms and venture capitalists who dramatically raise rents to squeeze profits out of the tenants. They are unlikely to allow a park or garden to be built on their property.
