Apparently an important crop in Canaan in Jacob’s time – he sent some with his sons as part of a gift to (as yet unknown to them) Joseph when they went to Egypt to buy grain. (Genesis 43:11)
There’s a woman suing an ice creamery because her Pistachio ice cream CONTAINED no pistachios! We’ll now, who knew?!
