I’ve told my close to 10 year old son that naps are something to look forward to. Since he will come to me and tell me “Daddy, I’m tired!” quite often I think he agrees. “Daddy, I’m tired” is our code for Let’s go take a nap together.
I am 71 and so lucky that I sleep well. So many of my friends struggle to sleep at night, then have to nap. Naps never worked for me, if I fall asleep, I wake more tired than when I started.
