I don’t think Phoebe would speak to someone as she did in panel three – unless this is the grittier Philly version of Phoebe. :-)

Why?

She was reading comics while eating an everything combo and Philly cheesesteak pizza with chocolate molten lava chocolate brownies.

Well, Steenz definitely nailed the character of Marigold.

Marigold doesn’t use contractions.
