Looks like my wife’s kitchen after one of her great dinners…

TV chefs have have clean up staff and staff that does a lot of pre-work, plus editing that makes it look as though you can prepare a gourmet meal in 30 minutes.

It helps to clean as you go.

Following radio or TV instruction on cooking shows one only the result by hardly the mess to clean.

cleaning up is the worst part of cooking

Looks like our kitchen after I made dinner last night. And all we had for dinner was salad. To be fair, it was a pretty good salad.

Love it! I don’t cook much, and here’s why!
