That reminds me of Pete Best, the original drummer of the Beatles. After he got kicked out of the Beatles, he released a solo album entitled “Best of the Beatles”.
There’s this one simple trick I use to get a refill if the server comes by and my mouth is full: I point to the glass and, by the time they fill it, I’ve been able to swallow and say “thank you”. You’d be amazed by how your service improves when you do that. ;)
