I don’t believe that telling a woman that she’s attractive or pointing out a trait that you find appealing is sexual harassment. It depends on how it’s presented and whether or not the lady is receptive to those kinds of compliments. ( eg. “you have nice legs Susie it’s nice that you like to show them”). I believe if she dresses nicely and presents a good image then she would expect compliments like that.What do you think Meg?
