After their wedding and just before their marriage is about to be consummated, Cinderella throws off her disguise and reveals “she” is actually a Cinder-fella.
Wish I could remember the name of the comedian who told the story of Cinderella while mixing up the words of the story. Loved the part where he spoke about the Prince’s search for “the girl whose soot the flipper shitz”.

Okay, it’s dumb to expect logic from a fairy tale, but a) why didn’t the shoe disappear at midnight like everything else the FG conjured, and b) if it didn’t disappear, wouldn’t Cindy have the matching one in her possession which would be even better evidence than having a foot that fit?

Even Cinderella had to admit that the Prince was prettier than she was.

One of my original 2021 comments (slightly edited):
/// “If the shoe fits,” thought Cindy’s step-sister,
“I’ll be Mrs. to Prince Charming’s Mister.”
And yet try as she might,
the shoe still was too tight,
(his sole fitting excuse to resist her).
/// Sister two tried the contest to steal.
With a knife she lopped off her right heel.
But the blood and the gore
pouring onto the floor
caught them wise and torpedoed the deal.
/// Cinderella slipped in past the guards,
donned the shoe; gave the Prince her regards.
His heart, Cindy had stolen,
but her foot became swollen
and the glass slipper burst into shards.

Prince: “This shoe will fit my perfect girl!”
Cinderella’s sister: “So you have a foot fetish?”

My original comment: Immediately after Cinderella stepped into the slippers, she sent her stepsisters to work in the castle laundry room.

Cinderella is about to step up in the world, no doubt about it.
Into the shoe of glass
the poor deprived lass
will put her tiny foot
and rise from all the soot

Interrupted while scrubbing the ‘loo,/
Cinderella fit into the shoe:/
The Prince was delighted/
And he’s also nearsighted:/
So he threw in the other two, too.///
Cried the stepsisters:”Dios mio!”/
He’s taking us on as a trio!”
And he happily led/
Three women to bed/
He’s a Taurus, aRam, and a Leo..

In later years, Cinderella/
No longer heard cries oh “Che bella!”/
Though the process was slow/
She let herself go:/
Now she’s mostly made of mozzarella.

Don’t forget to wash out the blood of those who amputated a few toes in attempts to fit.

Yes, it’s lovely, but, I was really hoping for an open-toed Christian Louboutin Prive, in a nice, dusky rose color.

Written around 2:00am NYC time:
/// Priceless is, once again, posting late
and there’s no one to blame or berate.
So, I’ll have to curse fate
that we’re all forced to wait.
I’m addicted and need to create!!!
/// These late hours are my favorite time
to invent and type stories in rhyme.
That will all have to keep.
Guess I’ll just go to sleep
and check in when my brain’s past its prime.
