There’s an awful lot of food that’s bad for Buckles…..

You could give him a bite without any bones in it Paul. But sorry Buckles, you can’t have chocolate.

Life is so cruel and unfair, right Buckles.

and if you chocolates, you could also croak.

My dog is almost as bad as me in wanting that which is not good for him.

Sorry buckles buddy. You can’t have any chocolate.

This is when dogs seem to pay the most attention to you.

I save all of my chicken bones in the freezer until I have enough to fill the pressure cooker. Cooked for an hour they are so soft they are safe for dogs, plus the broth and used as a topper on their dinner.

Other foods that are bad for dogs include; Onion, Garlic, Avocado, Grapes (including raisins), Alcohol, and anything with artificial sweeteners.

Come on, Paul, just take the chicken off the bones. What’s the problem with that?

When I eat something my dog cannot have, I give her a very tiny doggy treat and she’s happy.
