Just one female provides between 5-10 litters annually. Each litter consist of 5-6 young which are able to breed at approximately 30 days-of-age.
So, even if it is not the original one that Paul just released, the rest of the family will still be there and the released one – believe me – will be back before bedtime.

It was born to be someone’s food. Don’t worry it probably left a generation or two in your home.

Even though they are wild animals that could carry disease, you still worry the hawks aren’t hungry.
