Doctor asked me what I do now that I am retired. I do a lot actually, always have had a lot things to do in my own life. I didn’t live for my job as some do.
I’ve been retired for almost 20 years now, for the past several years I’ve been my sick wife’s only caregiver 24/7. I don’t think I’m the only one, but we don’t get much attention.

You are certainly not the only one. I too cared for my wife who had Alzheimer’s for years. She passed in her sleep last November.
