Well this is a stupid, meaningless ‘toon. Bleibel and Amorim are getting increasingly obtuse in their work. Bibi is under no time constraints if that’s what’s trying to be conveyed. What is the message this toon is trying to send?
Looks as if the first posters failed to notice that Beibel is Lebanese, and that Bibi and Co. are planning military actions against Hezbollah in Lebanon.

The point of the cartoon is that a majority of Israelis want Bibi out of office, and only his war against Palestinians is keeping him from losing office.
And the decision by the Israeli supreme court to make the hypocritical ultra-orthodox Jews available for conscription is supposedly going to make them leave the coalition with Bibi. In that case he will be out of office pretty dang quick.
