The empty spaces in the local mall demonstrates how many don’t understand business. The business model of the 70s is pretty much broken but still the mall owners resist change. The nearest one to me is about 60% unoccupied.

My lemonade is not quite one cup of sugar and just a bit more lemon juice. I like it a little more lemony.
