Shut it down and rinse it out with the gallon of distilled water (cheap) you keep on hand for just such an emergency. Set the laptop on its side with the ports facing down, and aim a running fan at it. Try turning it back on in 24-48 hours. (You can use reverse osmosis water for the first step, but not if minerals have been added back into it.)
