Reminds me of the children’s book “Blueberries for Sal”.

I am guessing that many do not know about the book it is a “picture book”. A little girl named Sal (duh!) goes into the woods with her mom to pick blueberries (another duh!), While they are there they run into another mother and child picking blueberries – a bear and her cub. Being a book for young children nothing is eaten other than blueberries. Both moms are out collecting berries for the long winter – Sal’s mom to preserve them and the bear’s mom for her and her cub to eat as much as possible.
