Welll, pick one chore & do it first. Then see if there’s any energy/willpower/get up & go left for anything else. Growing older just means you get to be picky about how much you do & how much you spread it out over a couple of days.
I limit myself to one chore a day to prevent burnout. The days where the chore is something like replace the burnt out light bulb in the bathroom are much more satisfying that the days where the chore is something like clean all of the upstairs windows inside and out.
