I learned to like cauliflower. Dad didn’t plant that or broccoli. I can eat it but for me it is just okay. Wife made great lasagna! (sigh)

I almost want to look up “Duvet”. I can’t believe it’s a quilt!

This strip is shifting more and more toward grandpa/granddaughter humor. I like that.

Things that were never important when you were a single guy.

I thought a duvet was similar to a divot, a dent in the mattress caused by good sex.

I learned that women fart too!

And I learned colors, orchid, taupe, mauve, bone….

Duvets are a pet peeve of mine. I go on vacation and have to settle for being either too hot or too cold. Use multiple thinner layers, people!

That’s a very good start, Grandpa. But did you ever figure out the purpose of all those extra pillows?

i’ve learned how incredibly essential fabric softener appears to be… ☺
