    Parents had 2 dogs at different times. They were the same way, in a doorway or in the hallway to bedrooms. Both had dark fur and at night was a guessing game which spot are they at so you don’t step on them.

    Somehow I have a sixth sense with my cat “deciding” to lay her whole body across a hallway for anyone to step over her. In the dark, I use my phone as a flashlight in case she tried this at night.

    A friend had a Jack Russell that wanted to run the household. A dog trainer told her to make the dog move. It shows the dog who’s (supposed) to be in charge.
