You make her smile that way, Fred.

Time gets longer when a year of a dog’s life equals seven of a human’s.

Well, by your clock, she was gone a whole day so your exuberance is warranted, and she loves it.

Always good to see a tail wag……..

I wish my dog was like Fred. If I step outside to put the trash or recycling out she has anxiety attack and barks until I come back in, even answering the door. Everyone in the neighborhood knows its her. It gets embarrassing.

Fred try to go with her next time ;-)

Where’s her laundry basket?

This reminds me of when, after retiring, it was so satisfying to be home with my dog! It’s painful to leave them alone! Now, even when I’m briefly gone to the market I feel bad! But Mrs. Dear is home all the time which is great for Fred!

Next time she should let you come out with her so you can keep her company

Given how much time Fred spends outside, unleashed (or DOES he, in these early strips?), she coulda just let him out!
