I have unsettling news for you, the organization that you are giving your life, soul, and possibly marriage to, will when you leave, carry on just fine without you. You are an almost instantly replaceable widget. The other unsettling thing is that the loyalty arrow only goes one way, from you to the company, there is no return loyalty.
