Falling Leaf !?!? How ’bout the Toronto Maple Leafs and 57 years of professional hockey futility?

That’s why there are leaf blowers: send them to your neighbor.

Good morning everyone! I hope you have a great weekend. and a special Good morning to Dry and Shikamoo.

My least favorite season. Largely for the leaf reason but also for the receding life of the flora. Kind of sad. Spring with life bursting forth is much nicer.

I have to deal with the leaves. If I don’t, it kills the grass. And my birches drop leaves from late September on and it isn’t until after the first of the year that I can get the last of them. Constant attention. If I don’t keep up with them, they get insinuated into the grass and it becomes nearly impossible to remove them. Drudgery. Never ending drudgery, it seems. The price of not doing that is a ruined lawn for over a year. I tried once.

And the guy that runs the leaf blower when you’re trying to read or watch tv gets a big fat ZERO.

Yeah … personally, I’m much more a fan of spring. I love the rebirth of nature and the return of the warmth. However, to each his/her own.
