Too bad there’s no sentient life to communicate with. Just an endless multitude of naked, screaming primates that deficate where they eat, believe in an absurd supernatural entity, and destroy everything they interact with, especially each other. Allowing their tech to be acquired by these creatures would be like giving cancer the ability to invade the universe.
