I like the way Duke negotiates. He reminds me of my divorce lawyer.

i dont remember this guy trying to kill duke… that wasn’t the zombie thing was it? and this guy is Mark’s dad, right?

Why doesn’t Tiffany just turn the evidence over to the SEC herself? Why get Duke involved at all? I’m sure the “trophy wife” would still get a sizable reward, and without the charge of extortion hanging over her head.

Duke has discovered the dangers of trying to shake down someone with the same moral outlook as he has.

(Of course, in matters like this, one generally starts with, “I’ve arranged things to that, if anything happens to me or Tiff, the documents go directly to the SEC.”)

(Of course also, according to a documentary I saw about Bernie Madoff, there were a few people jumping up and down trying to draw the SEC’s attention to him, and the SEC wasn’t very interested or receptive, so who knows?)
