I went 5 extra miles yesterday because they closed my exit, from I-65 onto US-30.
Then you have the drivers that cross 4 lanes in front of you to get to an exit they missed. Many times it does not go well. Take the next exit!!

The last time I missed my exit, it wasn’t an “extra mile”.. it was an extra 30 miles, because the NEXT exit was 15 miles! A few years later, I did a 16 mile one, because the next exit/U-turn was 8 miles away!
