One day my son admitted he didn’t want to do something his friends were pressuring him to do. It was nothing bad, but he felt forced into it. I told him that anytime he didn’t want to do something that he felt peer pressure to do, he could blame his stupid old dad who wouldn’t let him do it. He apparently used that one several times over the years.
