I had to get one. Didn’t bother me a bit. It’s a great thing to have. You fill it for the week and no bottles, until Sunday night to refill it for the next week.
retired now; having occasional trouble knowing what day of the week it is. Should probably check my cell phone more often but I’m constantly losing it or leaving it behind when I travel. Lived 50 years without a cell phone. “No worries, mate”
I have my druggist package my pills in a handy 4-a-day/week-long pack, getting a month’s worth at a time. The pills names and consumption time are printed on the label. I’m sure it costs a bit more, but the convenience is fabulous.

I prefer having to open all the bottles only once a week.
