I’d turn around and head straight back to my sister’s until he cleaned up his mess. He’s a grown man. He should act like one and clean up after himself.

If they owned fewer dishes, there would be fewer dirty dishes in the kitchen.

Don’t tell me there is an empty dishwasher in there. If there is, fireworks would ensue!

He’d leave that for her to do? Really?

That’s grounds for divorce!

Typical male “That’s woman’s work” garbage.

If G-d had wanted men to wash the dishes… she wouldn’t have invented dish-washers…

And he sharing Fred’s dog house and forced celebricay

A mess like that makes one look like a lazy slob ! Why ? Wash as you go ;-)

I love my dishwasher.

Next time have a supply of paper plates on hand. Apparently Mr Dear is too lazy to wash dishes after using them

I’ve lived in homes with no dishwashers, a good sized drying rack (some even sit above the sink) and a kitchen towel and do the dishes after EVERY MEAL.

Sigh Mums rarely get an actual holiday

Here’s a good boundary and one I wish I did; if you don’t clean up after yourself I refuse to cook. If you still won’t clean up I’m gone!

He at least brings the dishes to the kitchen ……. :)

This reminds me of my friend’s son who used an entire kitchen’s worth of dishes while she was away, despite the fact there was a dishwasher……
