Last week we went to our bank to resolve some bogus charges on our credit card and the lady fiddled around a while and said, "you need to go see a professional, which I did. I’m picking up both our computers in later this morning hopefully clean as a whistle. It’s no longer a game for amateurs like myself but I’m a cheapskate and DIYer.
