Interesting. Usually sellers of haunted houses have trouble finding buyers, and are apt to take any offer they get. Also, not all ghosts are bad or even noticeable.
Haunted? I’d just invite my 3 yr old nephew along for a sleep over. By midnight the ghosts would have all packed up and MOVED. (Probably to the next town over)
