Dypak,
Should it not be in this case,
Cogito, ergo âchooâ?
â
That has got to be one of the funniest remarks Iâve ever seen on here. Especially since you one-upped me so grandly! I bow to a master, your kung-fu is superior. My only excuse is that I was at work and the boss was fast approaching! -grin-
Pretty good song by Eric Idle, hadnât heard that one before, thanks a lot for posting it Dypak. It sounds very similar to the âKnights of the Round Tableâ song from Holy Grail.
One day two atom bombs were talking when one sighed and said âI wish I were a bulletâ. His friend choked out in shock âWhy? Youâre a mighty atom bomb, capable of killing millions in one breath! Why would you want to be a tiny, insignificant bullet?â To which he replied with a sigh⊠âI miss the personal touch.â
Hugh B. Hayve says:
Just for everyoneâs information, Justin Thompson is todayâs guest cartoonist for LOB
â
Thanks Hugh! That was pretty cool. Now I have to add LOB to my already extensive list of non-gocomics sites I visit. Sigh.
â
I wonder how the dragon would feel if the Barbarian ate his own sunburn peels? (@ LOB)
Thanks for the nod, folks. There will be an announcement for the âLegend Of Billâ strip under tomorrowâs MythTickle strip.
Please feel free to bombard the âLegend Of Billâsâ comment section (below the comic) with witty remarks about the strip. Heâll love it and so will I.
Cheers.

The Ying-Yang Express apparently âdonât need no stinkinâ tracksâ!
cleokaya almost 16 years ago
i think, therefore I am.

Sisyphos No tracks, just a carbon footprint.
Hugh B. Hayve almost 16 years ago
@ cleokaya, then it would be The Little Engine called Rene Descartes.
Hugh B. Hayve almost 16 years ago
Rene Descartes walks into a bar, the bartender asks, âwould you like a drink?â Rene replies, âI think notâ and disappears in a puff of logic.
phaze58 almost 16 years ago
I like this one better.coz I donât know who that is ;)
A neutron walks into a bar and asks the barmanâhow much for a drinkâ to which the barman repliesâ for youâ,âno chargeâ
Radical-Knight almost 16 years ago
Itâs Rosie (Thomasâs friend)from the Railways series.
bmonk almost 16 years ago
@Phaze58, thatâs as bad as the Hydrogen atom walking down the street with a friend, who suddenly says, âOh, no, I lost my electron somewhere!â
âAre you sure?â
âYes, Iâm positive!â
:-P

Not much of a train - no passenger or freight cars. Could be Alzheimerâs onset - Sundownerâs syndrome.

Immanuel Kant was a real pissant
Who was very rarely stable.
Heidegger, Heidegger was a boozy beggar
Who could think you under the table.
David Hume could out-consume
Schopenhauer and Hegel
And Wittgenstein was a beery swine
Who was just as schloshed as Schlegel.
Thereâs nothing Nietzsche couldnât teach ya âBout the raising of the wrist.
Socrates, himself, was permanently pissed.
John Stuart Mill, of his own free will,
On half a pint of shandy was particularly ill.
Plato, they say, could stick it awayâ
Half a crate of whisky every day.
Aristotle, Aristotle was a bugger for the bottle.
Hobbes was fond of his dram,
And René Descartes was a drunken fart.
âI drink, therefore I am.â
Yes, Socrates, himself, is particularly missed, A lovely little thinker,
But a bugger when heâs pissed.
My compliments to all you Python fans out there. My respects to Eric Idle, who had a beautiful mind. A pretty risquĂ© song, with no bleeps! ïAnd I needed to add this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xQycQ8DABvc
