Work crew came through today filling in the worn out, broken joints in the asphalt highway in front of my house. Took my trash out later and noticed only one side has been done. From what i saw the “patch” won’t last through this coming Winter. Highway gets an insane amount of heavy truck traffic since the steel mill started operations. I had taken a picture of one bad spot and planned to send it to the state highway dept. It was so bad I have been taking the old highway into town and back home.
You’re lucky they put it on your head. It would have really been rough getting it out of the lower end. I wouldn’t have blamed them either….you lay around, living off of the working people, and depend on your wife to take care of you. Talk about worthless.

Too bad he DID get it off! Then, he wouldn’t be able to get stinking drunk and fall in the canal and/or get arrested.

Mr. Capp should consider himself lucky that the cone was ONLY “placed” on his ….. head!!!

Don’t blame Andy after a traffic cone was put on his head

Don’t mess with the construction guys, a cone on the head is nothing, it could have gone to the other end or filled with asphalt then put on his head.

Fun fact: Andy was one of the original coneheads on Saturday Night Live!

Could be worse. They could have dumped cement on him!
