Christmas is easy at my house. I give my son some money, a new toy for the dog, and I’m done.

If you miss December 25, you can always fall back on Orthodox Christmas (January 7), or Armenian Christmas (January 19)

We don’t do Christmas shopping anymore, very liberating!

I love picking out gifts all year round. When I see something for a loved one, if it’s in the budget, they go in my special gift cupboard. I also enjoy making gifts. My family loves the bath sachets. I’m thinking of selling them too, Arnica, Jasmine, chamomile, and lavender are calming and help to soothe achy muscles as well as other healthful properties.

Retired and on a limited income, I send out cards with a personal note. I sent out all the Thanksgiving cards and those people already received them and no I don’t expect everyone to send me one.
