mothers brought their babies from near and far to listen to my sermons. all the men would drop by for their Sunday morning nap. and if sleep learning is true, I had one of the most educated congregations in the history of the “church”. still, all in all, it was an invigorating time.

Here, try this for keeping the congregation engaged and enthusiastic:
There is salvation for your through Christ!
But you must enter through the Narrow gate.
Ask yourselves, what are you doing to walk that path?
What sins are interfering with your own dignity and putting you on the road to destruction?
Are you engaged in adulteries relationships or perhaps sex outside of marriage?
Are you using porn for self-gratification, all while objectifying others?
Have you engaged in the sins of the sodomites?
Have you been lying about others, disrespecting your parents or coveting your Nighbor’s wives and Goods?
Do you support abortion – a murder in the womb?
Have you put your own comfort and career over having children by using contraception – all so you can go on another extravagant vacation?
Search your conscience. Find out where you are putting yourselves above God’s plan for you and life? Repent. Then be saved.
Rev out.
See you next week!

A tradition going back to Paul and Eutychus in Acts 20.
