Be nice, the comic script AI software is still learning. :-) It’s still a good gag, and the angled background is a very nice touch.
There does seem to be a slight uptick in wording boo-boos as of late … duplicated words, misspellings … but as Lomax9er7 said, that’s forgivable.
Please, Rita. We all know you could still mess up CJ’s name AND insist she’s the one getting it wrong, not her.
Dad, to mom in hospital who just gave birth: “Look! There’s a Blue Jay sitting on the window sill!”
Groggy mom: “huh?”
Nurse: “what do you want to name the baby?”
Dad: “See? Jay!”
Nurse: “OK. It’s unusual but, ‘CJ’ it is.”
Claudia Jean Cregg. In an alternate universe from where she’s press secretary for President Bartlet
Rita’s sincerity hurts.
I once worked with a guy named Jack. He told me that his parents named him J. W. His drill sergeant in the Korean war said when he saw the name, “Nobody’s named J. W. Your name is Jack.” He stuck with it.
