I was 20 when my childhood dog died. Close to 60 now and I still miss that dog. Dad talked about the dog he had when he was 10, till he was 90. Good dogs.
Our Lab walked into the living room and circled around a couple of times before lying down. When he opened his mouth our pet hamster ran out. No harm done but the little guy was wet. I put a brick on top of the cage.
