The MAGA Shaman can’t be taken seriously. He was pro-Trump, then said he felt betrayed when he realized what happened, and now he’s supportive again. Incapable of thinking for himself clearly. Same with others “celebrating.” Real Republicans are okay with it, but would have preferred someone else. MAGA see it as Christmas Part 2 and just enjoy being a child about their “victory” instead of being an adult about it. Republicans aren’t MAGA and vice-versa (I’ve met too many kind Republicans personally to believe differently), but these sure are staining the red with blood.

trump went all in on promises to bring prices back down again. Anyone who knew much about economics knew that he couldn’t possibly deliver on those promises — but again, he won thanks to strong support from low-information voters.

The question is, will voters who backed him because they believed his promises on prices turn on him when he fails to deliver, and actually drives prices up and the economy down with tariffs, give-aways to the rich and incompetence? Just like he did last time …

The last government shut-downs cost the government $4 billion. Those were in Trump years. So now President-elect Trump/Musk is gonna cost us another $4 billion? Great efficiency there, guys.

There is very little if anything to celebrate in politics. We have politicians, not Leaders. Our “Representatives” do not represent and our Senators do not advise and consent wisely. Congress is a house-of-doofusses in large part and Presidents’ cabinets are picked from the Elite that are only interested in more power or money, or both.

Maybe shuiting down the government this is how DJT is going to get all his Cabinet picks approved in absentia of a convened Senate. They’ll all go on an exrended recess ‘cause they aren’t being paid.

So Carmen, when are you and Winslow leaving the states for parts unknown? Ask the usual suspects here if they wish to travel with you, I’m sure they are ready to go.

It seems to me the only way to ‘Make America Great Again’ is to overthrow the tRump government and purge all conservatives from all 3 branches.

What’s better than politics on the comics page? POLITICS IN FOOTBALL! That seemed to work out well. And politics has been so successful for the WNBA. Politics belongs in all entertainment, everywhere, all the time, says Scott Stantis, author of this steaming pile of dog refuse that appears in my paper every morning.

I think that creature is an appropriate replacement for the bald eagle during Trump’s term.

Reading through all the comments it’s apparent that the left wingers here assume that this is the Jan. 6th Viking weirdo. Not at all. The artist is obviously portraying Hunter Biden as the Democrats, left wing equivalent of the Viking weirdo. The lefties are in meltdown mode but there a bit of hope for some of them. We’re seeing more and more Democrat media talking heads pointing the finger at themselves and fellow Democrats with their over the top vitriolic coverage of President Trump and their cover up of Biden ‘s obvious mental deficiency to handle the job of POTUS.
