This is one reason I often opt for the online chat option. I’ve never had a problem understanding what was typed.
I do the chats online now. Much easier to understand as the words are not accented.
Been there Lennie. Also I have a hearing problem so it is even harder to understand them. Muffled nonsense in my ears.
I worked in a call centre for many years. I try very hard to have patience when I need to call my providers for TV, internet and cell phone.
