Many of us are smart enough to not have to do mental gymnastics before opening their mouths, those who aren’t are doomed. You wanted “Free speech” protected. It is not protected when you cannot say anything even slightly negative about the government. Butchers like Assad in Syria, filled entire prisons with hundreds of thousand whose only crime was to complain. We are a country of CHRONIC complainers! Let’s see what happens when “Free Speech” is no longer FREE! I will make my business to “rat out” and report any MAGAts I suspect aren’t loyal enough to their rapist criminal leader just for kicks. Remember folks, with fascism, you don’t have to be guilty of ANYTHING. Just being suspected of something will DOOM you!

In other news, the ceo of one of the worst health insurance companies in america was assassinated recently, likely out of revenge for claim denial. The online reaction has been… less than kind to the victim… of a company that used an AI solution to systematically deny 90% of claims falsely.

And I’m, like, so super sad about that, you guys. I’m crying so hard. Look how hard I cry.

One thing for sure, there’ll be far more comedy material the next four years than if normal people had won. F’rinstance, the possible Onion headline for next December, “President Orders Mistletoe Placement In Federal Workplace Doorways,” rises to new heights (or depths!) of ickiness when the President doing the ordering is an admitted, adjudicated sex groper.

After seeing Wicked today without having seen the musical, I hope every single minority that voted for Trump for whatever reason goes to see it. Because they’re Elphaba without the magic and the Orange Fuhrer is the Wizard of Oz, and the end of the first movie is exactly what is going to happen to them. If only everyone in the Dems warned them, oh wait…

Would love to see how Ruben (or one of his superfans i.e. you, dear reader) would perform on the fake headline task from Schwalbe et al – When Politics Trumps Truth. I mean, what could be a better slogan for this comment section than “objectivity illusion”.
