Who would he normally exclude that he has to make an effort not to?

the sign on the door to the restaurant says “we reserve the right to refuse service to no one”

I will not hate, harm or hinder anyone. But I will not automatically except, embrace or celebrate everything about everyone, either, nor do I expect anyone to except, embrace or celebrate everything about me. I don’t care if you like me or not; just don’t mess with my constitutionally guaranteed rights.
