I’m not finished wheezing.

Nothing more frustrating than someone who pitches a tent on a machine and either gets on their phone or holds a 30 minute conversation..

And the nominees for best performance on an exercise machine are Clarence Glover,

Not letting a healthy male show him up. Kind of funny. Clarence does not need to compete, slow and build up.For me when I had to get back on exercise, once I tried to say I could do it and tried, my body in back had pain full spasm’s, later after quieted down, next I did slow to work up.

Clarence is going from one gym meme character to another, eh?

No need to be rude, Clarence. Just quietly say that you’re not finished.

Recomember when I was seventeen and worked out with 100lb dumbbells….

Nobody asked me to use them….

At Eighty I can barely open my Chemo Meds….

Still here anyway and no regrets….
