Panel three really makes the comic for me. Eddie’s line about 140 varieties of fries is priceless. Then it just takes off. In the penultimate panel, number six, he all but shouts “J’accuse!!” Poirot!
Glad to see, in the final panel, that mom isn’t taking this interrogation too seriously. But if she wants to teach him a lesson, she should tell him about all the times she took Toby out for treats before Eddie was even born! (Credit a very old Dave Berg Lighter Side from Mad magazine for inspiring that idea.)
