I’m unreasonably annoyed that I have a $5 bet riding with someone here about driverless cars, but I can’t remember who or what the end date is.

I’m feeling pretty confident about it too.

Forget “put the pedal to the metal.” This is “put the foot to the route.” And he should patent whatever he’s doing to ameliorate the wind hitting his eyes at that speed.

I’d rather get sideswiped by a carless driver than by a driverless car.

The creepy part is that he is going 45 MPH

Once when the COVID forced the bank to close their lobby, I walked by the Drive up Window, pantomimed rolling down the “car” window and did my business, then Mimed rolling the “car” window back up mimed putting the gear into drive and walked on.
