Well, we do have Packers and Jets that are unlikely to merge.

Commercially available flying cars first, THEN flying pedestrians. Until that time, flying drones will have to do. (Fun Fact: George Jetson was born in 2022.)

The answer is: physics, money, and IQ.

people can’t avoid crashing into each other on roads. imagine the chaos of jetpack flying without air traffic control

Looks like Doug first imagined the self-roasting chicken in 2021, and we still don’t have it. Might be a bit of a workover for all the restaurants to change their drive thru windows to fly thru!

Once more the laws of physics and chemistry have let us down.
