The golden rule of brushing your teeth twice a day is a bit much for my tastes.

Why do some people brush their teeth before eating?

IMHO, it is just wrong to brush one’s teeth before the elixer of life that is coffee.

Drink your morning drink, eat breakfast and then brush. That’s my routine.

Speaking of teeth. My bolted in teeth seemed loose so I went to the dentist today. ALL the anchors were loose. Dentists asst tried to tighten them up…my toe nails are still in the bottom of my shoes. She finally got dentist and he novacaned me up. What a day. I hope this isn’t normal

At least she didn’t drink orange juice after brushing.

Add a shot of Baileys irish cream to each cup. Eye and tongue wakers. I am told.

I thought I was the one one bothered by food clashes.

Wintergreen toothpaste + hazelnut creme coffee – blech!

I always brush my teeth before leaving the house, but I hate to do it right after having a meal.

coffee flavored toothpaste… yeah, even I’m not sure I want that. Or do I? :j

Should have learned by now how to not ruin that first cup of coffee. Then again, we have to understand who your mother is…..

What’s really nasty is drinking OJ after brushing your teeth yuck

Coffee first, then brushing. I hate coffee breath.

And even worse clash of tastes is eating a grapefruit after brushing your teeth. If you’ve never done this take my word for it and don’t try!

That’s polluting your starter fluid.

Maybe it would work if you drank peppermint mocha coffee.

The wife does that, brush right after she gets up in the morning.

Lately I get up at 5a. Just can’t sleep any longer. I quickly put on clothes, brush my teeth and hair, and take the dog outside. I don’t eat until at least 11a. I have no problem drinking diet Coke first thing. Well, these days I add hat, scarf, coat, gloves, and boots. If it’s really cold, the dog has to wear a coat, too. She refuses the boots. She’s quick in cold weather, so I spend more time putting on and taking off winter gear than she spends outside. Except sometimes she takes longer, so I have to do it.

that’s what we need! coffee flavored toothpaste!!

Thats why I drink bloody marys.
