I was given a very nice wool blanket. After a while I washed it; cold, gentle, dried on low. It is nice but when I took it out of the washer it stunk like an old goat. Wife reminded me that it is an animal’s fur, “What did you expect?”
All my other blankets are plastic synthetic material….
