Most HOAs are nothing more than extortion rackets… They were created to offload road maintenance, repairs to neighborhood infrastructure like sewers and streetlights, and maintaining the public right of way, like sidewalks and green space.They are not supposed to tell folks how long to cut their grass, what color to paint their house, whether you can park your RV in your driveway… None of that.

It’s all fun and games until real authority shows up….
