Yep, the US education system strikes again. Need to scrap the whole thing and… wait a minute!

I hope this arc will be over by the end of the week. I hate looking at Jeff Redfern’s ugly mug!

“If it’s not in my borders, it’s not my problem.” That’s what happened in World War II and look how well that worked.

One of the best things my parents did was put up a world [and national] map in our house. It was one of the first things I saw and as a little kid I’d look at it every day. If nothing else, it will teach the young ones colors and the alphabet.

None of us realized that Dick and Don were laying the ground work for billions in military contracts.

Like the legendary political satirist Mark Russell, Trudeau can be viewed as a time capsule of what were current events, when watched or read years later.

Can’t wait to see Trump’s plan to secure the borders of Greenland. 24340 miles of coastline is roughly equivalent of the length of the equator

Finally starting to talk about what was actually going on at the time, wondered how long that was going to take. ;-)

Iraq today is what remains of the Persian Empire. Without the religious zeal, it could be a welcome world trading partner like Turkey.

I’d like to know exactly what we pay for in public education. Make that “education”. It’s not the teachers, it’s the “educators” and the administrative. In Chicago it’s also the teacher’s union.
